Today I had a craving for strawberry shortcake. Somehow that ended with me making a crepe cake.

I have absolutely no complaints to the tangents my mind makes because this turned out to be a deliciously healthy and simple treat to make.


 Ingredients

1 Whole a wheat crepes (link here)

1/2 cup Powdered sugar

1 pint Strawberries or topping of your choice

Whipped cream (here is a link to the recipe we love)
Directions

Prepare crepes according to the directions.

As you remove the crepe from the stove top. Place crepe on a serving plate and dust generously with powdered sugar.

Repeat this process until all of the crepe batter is made. Dust top of cake with powdered sugar and top with strawberries or desired topping.

Serve cake with a dollop of homemade whipped cream and enjoy.
