    • Yes, oil pulling has a multitude of benefits. Just make sure you do not have metal fillings. If you do, then you want to add bentonite clay to the oil. When you swish with oil the mercury in the fillings can leach out, and that is not good. If you add the bentonite clay to the oil, the clay will bind to the mercury and not enter into your system.

  1. It’s definitely good for the hair and the skin! This is the first time I’ve heard of it being used as a vapor rub, though! That’s amazing!

    • Yes, Elizabeth. I love it. I had to find a solution for the triplets because when they get sick they get super congested. I use the vapor rub on their chest, back and feet (cover with socks). It has been great and the think it is the most fun to get the chest rub. 🙂

    • I love the toothpaste. I can tell it has made a difference based on the responses I get from my dentist now. I must admit it doesn’t taste the best because I don’t add any sweetener, but it does the job and causes me to immediately rinse with mouthwash. 😉

  2. I used to used for my hair, but stopped using it completely for some reason…I have no idea why. But I am definitely going to try the oil wash and use it on my daughter’s eczema. Can’t wait to try it these ways! Thanks!
