Essential oils are extremely powerful and concentrated. They are nature’s medicine. They have the ability to penetrate the cell membrane and attach unwanted virus’. More and more, people are using and understanding the power of plant based medicine and the beautiful thing, there are no side effects. You cannot build up immunity to them and they work.

  1. I normally use argan oil for my hair and rosehip oil for my skin. I’ve never used peppermint before! This is nice, thank you!

    • Oh no!!! Joely, 100… girl will you be my neighbor. 😉 If you have Oregano oil, that is a great essential oil to diffuse or rub on the bottom of your feet. Not sure if you use DoTerra but their OnGaurd is fantastic. I diffused it last year when the kids got home from school and we had a few slight colds but nothing major. Another thing we use for colds is apple cider , honey and cinnamon. I swear by the stuff and even my four year olds take. I jokingly say they will have hair on their chests by the time they hit five. I hope you feel better. 🙂

    • Yes, it is one of my favorite baths. The peppermint is reviving however, the hot bath is relaxing. I love it. Come back soon for an essential oil giveaway. Thank you for commenting. 🙂
